Power Power is very important to a soccer players. You must be able to hold off tackles from other big players and also be able to power your way through crowds to get a shot at goal. This is done with a combination of training hard and eating well
Speed Some of the greatest players are extremely quick. Test yourself on the Shuttle Runs to see how fast you can be.
Health You can't have any of the other 5 life lines without Health. You must eat well- healthy food is good for your bones and your energy. You must also make sure you get lots of sleep, as this helps the body to recover after you have been playing!
Ability Some people are born with this, others have to work hard at gaining it. If you train hard and practice your ball skills every day, you will be as good as anyone else you ever play against.
Fitness You need to be fit to be a football player. This is a combination again of healthy eating, lots of sleep, and also lots of running, exercise, and training.
Conditioning This is about how your body is, physically. Do you have any injuries? Have you pulled a muscle? You can minimize the chances of this happening by looking after your health and training hard so your body is used to playing. You must look after yourself, though!
